in Florida are NOT eligible for Corporate Membership. They maybe eligible for Individual Membership.

The FDLA website offers two options for completing
applications for Individual Membership and/or Corporate Membership. You may either use our
convenient form(s) for completing your
Application for Membership/Corporate Membership on-line, print it and mail it to us with the
appropriate fees; or you may download and print an application, complete it and
mail it to us with your fees.
