"Property Insurance 101: Exclusions, Conditions, Valuation & Special Payment Issues" - This program will provide an overview of the three tiers of property exclusions, along with conditions, valuation, and special payment issues. In particular, it will address the nuances of “Anti-Concurrent” exclusions; non-ACC exclusions; and ensuing loss applications. It will address common property conditions (e.g., late notice, proof of loss, EUO), the burden of proof and the impact of a prejudice analysis. Lastly, it will address valuation (RCV, ACV, appraisals) and special payment issues (mortgagees and assignees).
